Gems Italia Gemsbond Epoxy X 9010 Extra Clear 3kg
High adhesion and mechanical strength bi-component epoxy mastic with property of High UV and weather resistance.
It is recommended for strong and durable joining or grouting of marbles, granites and natural and artifi cial stones in general.
Due to its extremely low shrinkage and high tixotropicity, the product shows excellent performances in vertical application and holes fi lling.
Instructions Of Use
- In order to maximize product perrformances, the following instructions should be followed:
- Before use the glue check that the surface has to be dry, clean and dust free.
- Use a spatula for take the necessary quantity of Part A and an other spatula for take the necessary quantity of Part B.
- Pay attention to not add the Part B inside the can of Part A
- Mix thoroughly the two dosed components with ratio by weight of 2:1 (A:B), using small quantities of product in order to avoid too fast curing.
- For colour the glue use Uni Colorant Paste, add the colour to the glue, max 3%, before and then add the hardener in paste.
- Keep in original packing. Avoid to use product with temperature below 10°C (50°F). Only for professional use.
Storage And Safety
If stored in original containers in dry and clean environment (minimum Temperature around 15°C), the product can be used up to 1 year from production date.
The product should never be exposed to direct sunlight and used below 15°C.
The product must be always used in aerated ambient wearing the suitable Personal Protective Equipment.
Before use, Material Safety Data Sheets must be carefully looked up.
