Anker Kjrsgaard and Rune Harbo amalgamated the two firms Baron and AK Products into Baron A/S (B+A A/S) in 2006, giving it the name Baron A/S (B+A A/S).

B+A has grown at a rapid pace since early 2006, with good annual growth rates.

Our products are always being improved in partnership with our professional users, and our high level of service has shown to be valuable to our customers.

VkstInvest and Carsten Fils increased their stake in the company in 2016.

Rune Harbo stayed on as a co-owner.

The new owners plan to continue developing market- and user-driven products while putting a greater emphasis on quality and functionality.

This will bolster the remarkable current trend in Denmark as well as the export markets.

The corporate name was changed from B+A A/S to B+A A/S in 2018.
