Trowel Blades

Trowel blades are the individual steel finishing blades fitted to the rotating arms of a power trowel machine. Used in the final finishing passes on fresh concrete floors, trowel blades burnish and densify the surface for a smooth, hard finish. At BetonTools, we stock replacement trowel blades in a range of sizes to suit walk-behind and ride-on power trowel machines across Australia.

Choosing the right trowel blade
Trowel blades are available in different pitch angles and blade thicknesses to suit each stage of the finishing process. Flatter pitch blades are used for initial passes when the concrete is still soft, with pitch increasing progressively as the concrete stiffens to achieve a burnished finish. Blades are available in standard carbon steel and higher-grade steel for longer service life on high-production sites.
