Double Beam Screed

A double beam screed saves time and labour by levelling and compacting concrete for a top-quality finish. The leading beam vibrates intensely to level the surface, while the second beam vibrates lightly to create a smooth finish. The vibration propels the screed across the concrete, making it easy to complete your project efficiently.

Complete screed with motor
Our double beam screeds feature powerful motors that let you finish a concrete slab in one pass. Choose from models with a Honda GX-160 motor, available in 2M, 3M, 4M and 6.5M lengths, controlled by vibration and two guide ropes. We also stock a 4M screed with a Yanmar diesel motor.

Screed parts
We also stock screed parts to keep your existing equipment running. Our engine kit includes a Honda GX-160 motor with heavy-duty bearings and oil bath lubrication — virtually maintenance-free. Beams are available in 4.1m, 6.2m and 8.5m lengths (6.2m and 8.5m pre-tensioned for precision finishing), made from non-corrosive aluminium with ropes, handles, lifting eyes and crane points for safe handling.
