- Betontools delivers products anywhere in Australia (subject to conditions).
- STIHL products can only be delivered from our Gladesville NSW 2111 store.
Delivery Terms and Conditions
- No goods can be shipped to a PO Box or Parcel Locker.
- During free shipping promotions, exclusions may apply to remote areas, including remote islands.
- Betontools reserves the right to change or withdraw free delivery at any time. You will be entitled to a refund or cancellation should you not wish to proceed with the order.
- Shipping quotes and charges for oversized products are based on delivery to a commercial property where the receiver has a forklift available. Other circumstances may incur additional cost.
- Some oversized shipments may require special delivery conditions such as tail-gate truck delivery if no forklift is available — this will incur costs above the standard quoted rate. Please check the product description or contact us for clarification.
Free Shipping Promotion
- Free Shipping Australia Wide promotions are subject to terms and conditions for regional areas. Freight charges may apply for orders shipped outside metro areas.
- Free Shipping applies to purchases over $199 EX GST. Exclusions include:
- Delivery to out-of-metro or remote areas, including islands.
- Products exceeding 1m in length, over 20kg in weight, or 0.25 cubic metres in volume.
- Special order or non-stock products.
- Free Shipping promotions are valid for a limited time and may be withdrawn at our discretion.
- You will be contacted prior to delivery to confirm any applicable freight charges.
- If you don't have forklift access, we'll do our best to arrange free delivery or delivery to a nearest courier depot. Contact us if you're unsure.
Other Delivery Options
- Click & Collect — Pick up your order from our Gladesville store at no extra cost. We'll contact you when your order is ready for collection.
- Pick up from courier depots or 3PL warehouses is also available.
Insurance
- Insurance is included with all purchases — no need to purchase it separately.
- Betontools does not accept liability for goods lost when proof of delivery or a photo of goods has been provided by the courier.
Damaged Goods
- Please inspect all goods immediately upon delivery or collection to ensure they are of acceptable quality and match the product description. Report any issues to us promptly.
Dangerous Goods
- Dangerous goods are not covered under any free shipping promotion. Please contact us for a freight quote.
