The Flextool VP Series of Immersion Concrete Vibrators produce high frequency vibration allowing for the efficient compaction of low slump concrete mixes. Compaction improves the strength and finish of the concrete by driving out entrapped air. The epicyclic design of the VP series vibrator range generates high frequency vibration from a low flexshaft speed, the low speed of both the flexshaft and vibrator rotor results in longer service life. The rotor generating the vibration is supported by a heavy duty self aligning bearing and executes a pendulum motion. Vibration is greatest at the tip of the vibrator head.
