The STIHL HT 56 C-E petrol pole pruner is the entry-level model in the STIHL range and is ideal for grounds maintenance and pruning fruit trees. The powerful STIHL 2-MIX engine will help land owners and gardeners cut trees at significant heights. The 1/4" PM3 saw chain ensures the right, accurate cut. Side-mounted chain tensioning lets you tension the chain safely and comfortably. For your comfort, the HT 56 C-E petrol pole pruner is equipped with STIHL ErgoStart, which enables you to start the engine easily and effortlessly. The manual fuel pump minimises the number of pulls needed to start the engine.

The STIHL HT 56 C-E pole pruner can be operated using the single-handed multi-function handle, which combines all the engine control elements you need, including a stop button that enables you to quickly restart the HT 56 C-E following a break in your work. The entire handle area is covered with a comfortable sleeve so you can always keep a secure hold on the telescopic chainsaw. A softly padded harness provides support and offers excellent working comfort.

The detachable shaft of the STIHL HT 56 C-E has a total length of 280 cm and allows for compact transport and easy storage of your power tool.

EFFORTLESS STARTING. STIHL Easy2start saves you energy when starting your power tools. A smooth and even pull on the starter cord is all that's needed. The required speed on the starter cord is significantly reduced, and the engine starts quickly and reliably even with a slow pull. An additional spring between the crankshaft and the starter cord roll makes this easier.

All the engine controls are at your fingertips, allowing easy and safe operation.

A small fuel pump delivers fuel to the carburettor at the touch of a button. This reduces the number of starting strokes required from a cold start.

FOR SIMPLE AND SECURE RE-TENSIONING. Side-mounted chain tensioning allows for protected, easy and quick chain tensioning and replacement. The tensioning screw is inserted laterally through the sprocket cover.

QUICK AND EASY TO USE. With tool-free fuel cap, you can open and close oil and fuel tanks in just a few simple steps, thanks to a bayonet closure.

RESTART WORK QUICKLY. With the stop button, you can switch off your power tool quickly and easily for a short break, for example. As the button springs back to its original position after actuation, the engine is immediately ready to start again. This provides more comfort after breaks and increases your work efficiency.

FOR COMFORTABLE TRANSPORT AND STORAGE. Thanks to the detachable shaft, you can quickly dismantle your power tool for easier transport, and also store it in a space-saving manner. You do not need any tools to disassemble the shaft.
