Oxtek X260 Medi-Vet Antimicrobial Concrete Sealer 15L
Oxtek X260 Medi-Vet Antimicrobial Concrete Sealer 15L is a single-pack, spray-on treatment for new and existing concrete. Applied at the time of the concrete pour, it helps cure, densify and harden the surface while providing long-term waterproofing and antimicrobial protection. It can also be applied to clean, porous existing concrete.
Moisture Barrier for Floor Coverings
X260 Medi-Vet penetrates the concrete to create an internal moisture barrier system for resilient floor coverings and topical coatings. The system is specified for use with AS 1884:2021, Floor coverings — Resilient sheet and tiles — Installation practices. Follow the current Oxtek documentation and the flooring or coating manufacturer's requirements before installation.
Antimicrobial Surface Protection
X260 Medi-Vet contains a tested silver-ion antimicrobial additive designed to help protect treated concrete against E. coli and MRSA. The treatment also helps reduce efflorescence and shrinkage cracking.

Application
- For new concrete: apply by spray at the time of the concrete pour, following the Oxtek application instructions.
- For existing concrete: apply to clean, porous concrete after confirming the surface is suitable.
- Vinyl and topical coatings may be applied around two weeks after the pour when the system, substrate and coating requirements have been met. Confirm the timing before installation.
- Prepare the substrate and follow the current technical documentation for coverage, drying, testing and site-safety requirements.
