Oxtek X300 Surface Repeller Concrete Sealer 15L

Oxtek X300 Surface Repeller Concrete Sealer 15L is an invisible, water-based penetrating treatment for concrete, masonry and some natural stone surfaces. It chemically bonds with the silica in suitable substrates to provide temporary water repellence and help protect against oil stains and other contaminants.

Important Product Distinction

X300 Surface Repeller is a non-antimicrobial surface protection treatment. It provides temporary water repellence and stain resistance, but it should not be described as an antimicrobial sealer.

Application

• Apply by spray to suitable new or existing surfaces according to the current Oxtek application instructions.
• Prepare existing substrates so they are clean, dry and suitable for a penetrating treatment.
• Test a small area first, especially on polished concrete, decorative finishes and natural stone.
• Allow the required drying time before exposing the surface to traffic, moisture or follow-on coatings.
