Oxtek X550 Carpark Concrete Sealer 15L is a breathable, low-VOC, water-based silicate treatment for new and existing concrete. It penetrates and chemically bonds with the silica in concrete to create a harder, denser and more dust-resistant surface for busy traffic areas.

Application

• Apply by spray at the time of the concrete pour or to suitable existing clean, porous concrete.
• Prepare existing concrete and confirm that the surface is clean, dry and absorbent enough for a penetrating treatment.
• Follow the current Oxtek application instructions and allow the required time before line marking, coating or returning the area to service.
• Test a small area first to confirm appearance, absorption and compatibility with the planned finish.
