The brushless EC motor can be controlled directly on the control handle via a variable speed control with 2 speed settings. For simpler tasks such as trimming lawn edges, select a lower speed in ECO mode (level 1). This will result in lower energy consumption and can extend the battery life. For more complex work, such as mowing thick grass, you can use the STIHL FSA 110 R's full speed simply by switching to level 2 using the slide switch. The speed adjusts automatically to the cutting attachment being used and is infinitely variable. In addition, intelligent electronics make it possible for the FSA 110 R to work at constant high, full power regardless of the charge level of the battery.

Compact and well-balanced, the STIHL FSA 110 R enables flexible working with plenty of freedom of movement thanks to its loop handle with soft component. PERFORMANCE SUITABLE FOR THE TASK. With the help of a simple slider, you can set 2 different power levels. At level 1, you reduce the power (Eco mode) and extend the battery life. Level 2 allows you to call up the full power of the engine. This means that you can either work particularly energy-efficiently or use all the power of the device when you need it.

EASY ADJUSTMENT OF POWER TOOL PERFORMANCE. Quickly and conveniently adjust the speed of your power tool to the respective work situation. Doing so reduces energy consumption at low speeds, and in this way extends the battery runtime. The practical control handle with speed control allows you to make the relevant adjustment without having to change your grip or pause work.
