The Hoppt HSCC6.0 is a professional early entry concrete saw designed to control random cracking in concrete slabs. By cutting while the concrete is still green — typically within one to two hours of finishing and before final setting — it prevents stress cracks from forming before they start. Fitted with a 150mm blade and supplied complete with skid plate.
Why Early Entry Cutting?
Random cracking occurs as concrete stresses relieve themselves during curing. Early entry sawing creates planned control joints before these stresses build up, reducing random cracking, shortening the working process, and saving both time and cost on the job.
