Diamond blades aren't solid diamonds — they are made with a steel core and teeth formed from diamond powder and crystals. The powder and crystals are heated until malleable, then pressed into shape, giving the blade its ability to cut through some of the strongest materials on earth.

For best results, diamond blades are used wet. Wet cutting keeps the blade from overheating, reduces dust and removes slurry from the cut location — keeping your work area cleaner and extending blade life.
