They usually havent the right cutting speed or do not provide the quality of the cut edge. Those blades that can cut this material, are produced in a diameter of 230 mm, which is not enough to cut a standard brick to the full depth.
The FireBRICK 250 blade is designed and optimized for cutting firebricks on machine tools and tile cutters. The ultra-turbocharged diamond-bearing layer with laser segmentation has a constantly high cutting speed with very high edge quality without chipping. The diameter of the blade is 250 mm, which allows you to cut a brick in one pass for the entire thickness.
The blade has a thin diamond-bearing layer of 1.9 mm, while the blade itself is hard and durable. The mounting seat is 25.4 mm, which allows it to be installed on machines. The use of coolant is mandatory.
