The Distar Cleaner is a 100mm dry diamond blade purpose-built for removing grout from tile joints on angle grinders. At 0.8mm diamond layer thickness, the blade fits most standard grout joint widths without contacting or damaging the tile edge. A flanged body stabilises the thin blade under the high rotational loads of angle grinder use. At 80 m/s surface speed, grout is ground out of the joint rapidly — transforming what would be hours of hand tool work into a fast, efficient machine process. Works on both cement-sanded and epoxy grout. 100mm diameter, 22.23mm M14 bore, fits 115mm and 125mm angle grinders. Dry operation only.
