The MS575 is the largest machine in Masterscreed’s small machine line-up, fitted with a Vanguard 37hp EFI gasoline engine delivering high power with low fuel consumption and a 3-year engine warranty.
Equipped with the LEVmaster Ultimate advanced operating system, the MS575 features ground-breaking technology that allows the operator to fine-tune the machine to different applications for ultimate performance.
Auto calibration — customised auto calibration valves and sensors consistently achieve great results across varying conditions.
Remote diagnostics — optional wireless remote diagnostics allow Masterscreed technicians to remotely diagnose faults, change settings, and take corrective action from anywhere in the world, minimising downtime.
Variable vibrator — the LEVmaster Ultimate is fitted with a variable vibrator allowing the operator to adjust vibration force and speed via remote for ultimate compaction.
Concrete slump settings — seven selectable slump settings (low to high) allow the MS575 to perform at its best across all concrete slump types.
2-in-1 screed head — the new design screed head allows contractors to use either the auger or double beam head to cater for all applications.
MX wheels — fitted with MX tyres featuring a unique puncture-proof inner tube for uninterrupted operation.
3D / GPS and Sonar Sonic — fully compatible for multi-grade applications.
Laser grade set-up — laser receiver mast fitted on the edge of the screed head for accurate positioning; datum levels can be set in seconds.
Data logging — optional data logger allows contractors to record each job, downloadable and printable in graph format.
The MS575 is constructed from premium-grade materials for superior strength while reducing weight, suitable for rebar mesh, upper-level floors, and ground slabs. An onboard pressure washer makes post-pour cleaning faster and easier.
