The Norton Clipper 400mm Silencio Segmented Diamond Blade is a high-speed, laser-welded blade featuring a noise-dampening Silencio steel core for significantly reduced cutting noise and vibration. Designed for fast cutting of hard to medium-hard dense materials including engineering bricks, concrete blocks, clay pavers, facing bricks, and masonry — ideal for floor saws and large masonry cutting machines.

The Silencio core sandwiches a noise-dampening layer between two sheets of steel to absorb cutting vibrations and sound, delivering improved working comfort particularly in enclosed or noise-sensitive environments.

Key Features

  • Silencio Noise-Dampening Core: Reduces operational noise and vibration for improved comfort on site.
  • Laser-Welded Segments: Strong, durable bond for extended blade life under sustained use.
  • Fast Cutting: High-speed segmented design for rapid material removal in hard and medium-hard masonry.
  • Wide Material Range: Engineering bricks, clay pavers, clay roof tiles, concrete pipes, kerbs, facing bricks, breeze blocks, and paving slabs.
