STIHL FSA 120 R Brushcutter Skin (FA08 200 0019)

The STIHL FSA 120 R Battery Brushcutter with AutoCut 27-2 (FA08 200 0019) is a cordless option for cutting long grass, tidying lawn edges and maintaining areas around trees, shrubs and garden beds. Its adjustable loop handle gives you room to manoeuvre on slopes, uneven ground and in tighter spaces.

For landscape maintenance and demanding home gardens, the FSA 120 R combines an efficient EC motor with two speed settings. Choose ECO mode for lighter trimming or switch to the higher setting when thicker grass needs more cutting speed.

Skin Only and Battery Options

Battery and charger are sold separately. Cordless system: STIHL ALLPRO / AP.

• STIHL ALLPRO AP 200.0 P battery (EA13 400 6510): recommended newer battery option for the FSA 120 R, sold separately.
• STIHL AP 300 S battery (4850 400 6575): recommended legacy option, available only while remaining stock lasts.

AP 200 and AP 300 S are remaining-stock lines and will not be available once sold out. AP 500 S is no longer sold by Betontools; its runtime figures below are retained for existing owners. Newer ALLPRO and legacy AP are distinct battery models. Do not transfer runtime figures between them. A compatible charger is required and is not included.

Optional Grass Blades

The following grass blades are suitable options for the FSA 120 R when fitted with the complete approved guard, mounting hardware and harness combination. Sold separately as alternatives to the supplied AutoCut head, not included equipment.

Use only the complete combination approved in your exact FSA 120 R instruction manual, including the specified metal-tool guard, loop-handle barrier bar, mounting hardware and harness. Confirm your machine's configuration with Betontools before fitting. Remove the battery before changing attachments and keep both hands on the handles during use. Brush knives, saw blades and shredder blades are not recommended here.

Blade Fitting Hardware

The STIHL blade fitting kit 4001 007 4400 (40010074400) is suitable for FSA 120 R and sold separately. It contains a thrust washer, rider plate and M10 x 1.0 left-hand collar nut. Confirm the mounting parts needed for your exact machine and selected blade. The kit is mounting hardware, not a universal adaptor or complete conversion kit, and does not include a guard, barrier bar or harness.

ALLPRO AP 200.0 P Runtime Guide

Approximate runtime with the ALLPRO AP 200.0 P battery is 20–40 minutes with an AutoCut head or 50–80 minutes with an approved GrassCut blade. These figures are separate from the legacy battery guide below.

These indicative runtimes use a line mowing head and refer to the legacy battery models named below, not newer ALLPRO models. They are retained for existing owners and are not stock-availability statements.
