STIHL KMA 130 R ALLPRO/AP Battery KombiMotor (4867 011 6820)
The STIHL KMA 130 R ALLPRO/AP Battery KombiMotor (4867 011 6820) is a 36V cordless power unit for approved STIHL KombiTools. Its body-worn battery arrangement keeps battery weight off the motor unit, while three power levels let you match performance to mowing, hedge trimming, pruning and other garden jobs.
Important: External Battery Connection Required
The KMA 130 R does not have a battery slot in the motor housing. An AP battery must be carried on the body and connected to the machine's socket using the approved holster, connecting cable and belt or carrying system. An approved AR backpack battery setup is another option. Do not expect a loose AP battery to plug directly into this motor.
Battery, charger, KombiTool attachments and battery-carrying accessories are sold separately. The existing motor listing includes a harness; this must not be confused with a complete AP battery belt, holster and cable setup.
Battery Connection Accessories
- AP holster with connecting cable, 4850 440 5101, for supplying a socket-equipped tool from an AP battery.
- STIHL battery belt with harness, 4850 490 0500, used with the required holster and cable.
- STIHL AP backpack carrying system, 4850 490 0400, as an alternative carrying arrangement with the required connection components.
Check the complete battery, carrying and cable combination before ordering. A carrying system alone is not a battery or charger, and not every accessory package includes the holster and cable.

Battery Options
For a newer compatible battery, see the STIHL ALLPRO AP 300.0 P. The KMA 130 R still requires its approved external battery-carrying and connecting-cable arrangement; ALLPRO compatibility does not add an onboard battery slot.
The legacy AP 300 S is also an option with the required connection setup. Remaining stock only, unavailable once sold out. Legacy AP 200 and AP 500 S owners should check their existing battery and cable combination; AP 500 S is not offered here as a new purchase. STIHL AK and AS batteries are not suitable.
Legacy Runtime Guide
With an FS-KM mowing-head attachment, the published AP 300 S guide gives approximately 22–47 minutes, depending on power level and conditions. This is an AP 300 S figure, not an AP 300.0 P runtime claim. Other attachments have different working times.
Fitting and Safe Operation
Use only the complete power-unit, attachment, cutting-tool, guard, mounting, handle or barrier-bar and harness combination approved in the instruction manuals. A compatible FS-KM attachment does not approve every blade. Do not fit FSS-KM or other unlisted attachments without exact-model approval. MultiSystem MM attachments are not interchangeable simply because they share a collection.
Disconnect the battery before changing attachments. Route the connecting cable as instructed, maintain safe working distances and wear the protective equipment required for the attachment and task. The motor and attachments still require the inspection, cleaning and maintenance specified in their manuals.
