Dust Classification and Filtration
The complete STIHL SE 122 vacuum is certified to dust class L. The washable PTFE main filter meets Class M requirements during filtering, but this does not make the complete machine a Class M certified dust extractor. The multiple filter system combines the filter element with a fleece filter bag for improved separation efficiency.
To clean the filter, close the intake nozzle at the end of the suction hose and press the filter-cleaning button. Regular filter maintenance helps keep suction performance consistent.
