The STIHL KMA 135 R ALLPRO/AP Battery KombiMotor (FA02 011 6810) powers approved KombiTools for grass cutting, hedge trimming, pruning, edging, blowing and sweeping. Change attachments at the shaft coupling to handle different garden and property-maintenance jobs with one cordless motor unit.

It is not a universal extension for other KombiTools; follow the instructions for the complete combination and permitted working length.

Attachment Compatibility and Safety

The FSS-KM attachment is not approved for the KMA 135 R in the current KombiSystem compatibility guide. Do not assume that every KombiTool is suitable. For FSS-KM compatibility, compare the STIHL KMA 200 R Battery KombiMotor.

All attachments and the extension are sold separately. Use only the approved combination of power unit, attachment, cutting tool, guard, mounting parts, handle or barrier bar and harness specified in the instruction manuals. A compatible attachment does not approve every blade. MultiSystem MM attachments are not interchangeable simply because they share a collection. Remove the battery before changing attachments, maintain safe working distances and wear the protective equipment required for the attachment and task, including hearing protection where specified.

Battery Options

For a newer compatible option, see the STIHL ALLPRO AP 300.0 P tabless battery. It is a distinct newer battery, not a renamed AP 300 S. Battery and charger are sold separately.

The legacy AP 300 S is the recommended legacy battery in the KMA 135 compatibility guide. It is remaining stock only and unavailable once sold out. Existing AP 500 S owners can retain that compatible battery; it is not offered here as a new battery purchase. Legacy AP 20 operates at reduced power. STIHL AK and AS batteries are not suitable for this ALLPRO/AP power unit.

Legacy Battery Runtime Guide

• FS-KM nylon-line mowing head: approximately 22–45 minutes with AP 300 S; 26–54 minutes with AP 500 S.
• FS-KM grass-cutting blade: approximately 50–100 minutes with AP 300 S; 60–120 minutes with AP 500 S.

These figures apply to the named legacy batteries, not AP 300.0 P. Runtime varies with the selected attachment, speed, vegetation, conditions and battery condition. Other attachments have different working times.
