How to Sharpen a Diamond Blade
- Secure the abrasive bar firmly with a suitable clamp on a stable work surface.
- Run the dull diamond blade through the bar using controlled longitudinal cuts.
- For an angle-grinder blade, make cuts up to 5mm deep.
- For a ceramic tile-cutter blade, make cuts up to 10mm deep.
- Repeat as needed. A very dull blade may need around 10–15 cuts.
