Oxtek X200 Densi-Proof Concrete Moisture Barrier 5L
Oxtek X200 Densi-Proof Concrete Moisture Barrier 5L is a single-pack, spray-on treatment for new and existing concrete. It penetrates the substrate to help cure, densify, harden and waterproof concrete while controlling moisture transfer through the surface.
Moisture Barrier and Surface Stabilisation
X200 Densi-Proof helps manage inherent moisture in concrete and stabilise the surface pH before suitable coatings or floor coverings are installed. Its penetrative, non-membrane system is designed to support follow-on trades such as epoxy coatings, adhesives, screeds and levelling compounds.

Application
- For new concrete: apply by spray at the time of the concrete pour as a curing treatment, following the Oxtek application instructions.
- For existing concrete: apply to clean, porous concrete after confirming the surface is suitable.
- Allow the required curing, testing and drying time before applying epoxy, adhesives, screeds, levelling compounds or other coatings.
- Always follow the current Oxtek technical documentation and the requirements of the next trade or coating manufacturer.
