Compatibility and Setup

For compatible equipment in the STIHL ALLPRO / AP tool range. This is an AR L battery, not a slot-in AP battery. Connections and permitted battery combinations depend on the tool. Check the exact tool and battery operating instructions before use.

The RMA 765 V supports AR L battery operation. View the compatible mower, part number 6392 011 1407. For backpack operation with other compatible tools, use the appropriate AR L carrying system, cable and AP adapter as required.

Charging Requirements

Use a compatible STIHL charger. AR L charging requires the appropriate AR L connecting cable and AP adapter. The STIHL AL 501 charger is available separately, part number EA094305705. Check the inclusion list before ordering additional components.

Matching Accessories and Package Options

For compatible backpack setups, the AR L carrying system 4871 490 0400, connecting cable 4871 440 2000 and ADA 100 AP adapter 4850 440 0505 are available separately. The cable and AP adapter are also required for AR L charging with a compatible charger.

For a battery package with cable and AP adapter, choose 4871 200 0009. For the package that also includes the carrying system, choose 4871 200 0013. The alternative AR 2000.0 L battery-only option is 4871 400 6515. All accessories and alternative packages are sold separately.

Compatible Backpack Blower

The AR 3000 L battery can also be fitted directly to the STIHL BGA 300 backpack blower, part number BA03 011 5910. The blower is sold separately. Direct AR L battery operation does not require the ADA 1000 AP battery adapter.
