STIHL GTA 30 Battery Pruner Kit (GA05 011 6915)

STIHL GTA 30 Battery Pruner Kit (GA05 011 6915) gives you a compact cordless saw for pruning trees and shrubs, cutting timber for garden projects and reducing deadwood into manageable pieces of firewood. Supplied with two AS 2 batteries, an AL 5-2 high-speed double charger, a sturdy tool case and STIHL MultiOil Bio, this kit has the essentials for getting started.

The brushless EC motor drives a STIHL 1/4-inch PM3 saw chain on a 15 cm Light 01 guide bar for clean cuts in branches up to 15 cm in diameter. Its compact, balanced design and rubberised handles make it practical for a range of cutting positions around larger home gardens.

Battery Use and Runtime

The GTA 30 uses two AS 2 batteries at the same time, rather than one battery with a spare. Both batteries and the AL 5-2 double charger are included. The maximum cut figure is a guide, not a guaranteed result: wood type, branch size, chain condition and operating technique affect the number of cuts.

For additional battery sets, view the STIHL AS 2 battery. This is an AS System tool; AK and ALLPRO/AP batteries are not substitutes for AS 2 batteries.

Care and Safe Use

Follow the instruction manual for two-handed operation, protective equipment, chain lubrication and maintenance. The protective hood does not replace safe handling. Apply suitable chain lubricant as instructed and remove the batteries before cleaning or changing the cutting attachment.
