Concrete Vibrators

Concrete vibrators are used during concrete pours to consolidate fresh concrete, eliminating entrapped air voids and ensuring the mix fully encapsulates reinforcing steel and formwork detail. Proper vibration is critical to concrete strength, surface finish and structural integrity — unvibrated concrete can have significantly reduced compressive strength and durability. Types of concrete vibrators
Browse our range by power source and configuration. Electric concrete vibrators are the most widely used on construction sites with mains or generator power available. Cordless concrete vibrators offer freedom of movement on site without power leads. Backpack concrete vibrators are petrol-powered units worn on the operator's back, suited to large pours and remote locations. Pneumatic concrete vibrators are driven by compressed air and suited to specific industrial and precast applications. We also stock 9-metre vibrator sets for deep pours and columns.
